FAQ
How do you photograph the properties?
Once an appointment is booked and the property is cleaned and ready to go, all we need is access to the property and about 1-2 hours to complete the shooting portion. If you wish to attend the shoot you're more than welcome to, although it isn't necessary to be there. We'll leave no trace, lock up after ourselves, and send you a message letting you know it's been completed.
How do I book a shoot?
Simply click "Book a Shoot" from the menu which will take you to the booking calendar. From there, select a package based on your property's value, choose an available date and time, then fill out your personal information, the property's address, and then hit book! You'll receive an email immediately after confirming your shoot.
If you'd prefer not to book through the booking calendar, please use the "Contact" form and fill out the necessary property info listed there. Our response time is less than 1 day and often within hours.
What if I'm unsure of which day to book?
If locking down a specific day isn't working for you, just use the "Contact" form and give us a general idea of when you'd like the property photographed. Also, please include the necessary property info listed on the form so we can respond as efficiently as possible. We'll work with your timeframe and get the job completed!
When will I get my photos?
We pride ourselves on having the quickest turnaround time available. Photos are enhanced and made available for easy MLS quality downloading in no more than 48 hours. If you need them sooner, let us know and we'll make it happen.
How do I get my photos?
Once the enhancements of the photos are completed, you'll receive an email with a gallery link where you can view and download your photos. The process is very user-friendly. You can either download photos individually, or choose to download the entire gallery.
What size photos will I receive?
When downloading your photos you'll have the option to download in full resolution print quality sizing and high resolution web sizing. The full resolution option is perfectly compatible with MLS standards, editorial needs, and large-scale prints. The web sizing option is great for social media use and things of that nature. Both have their place so we recommend downloading both options by first proceeding with the full resolution option selected, and then repeating the process with the web size option selected.
How do I pay?
All payments and invoicing are securely handled through Square. Card details are required when booking, however no charges will be made until your photos are successfully delivered. As an added convenience, clients are given the option to save their card information, thus eliminating the need to complete an invoice once the photos are delivered. If you prefer not to save your card info, a Square invoice will be emailed to you with prompts on how to complete the checkout process.
Does Square save my returning client info?
Yes! If you've booked previously Square has automatically created an account for you using your mobile number. On the Square booking page, click the "sign in" button in the upper right hand corner. Enter your mobile number, then enter the sign in code that was texted to you via Square. All of your client info will pull up, and if you've authorized to have your card info stored for future bookings, there's no need to enter any card details.
Where are you based and do you travel?
We're based out of gorgeous South Lake Tahoe, CA. We typically work throughout the entire Tahoe region, Carson Valley, and Reno. Travel arrangements outside of these areas can easily be made available.
Can weather be an issue?
Yes, weather can play a big part, especially during our Winter months. In order to achieve the best images possible for your property it's best to be mindful of potential storms. Storms can shift appointment dates by a few days. Conveniently, there's no need to reschedule as we'll make it a priority to complete the job on the soonest available clear day.
